Michele is focused on corporate and commercial law and has a strong background in M&A transactions. At LEXR he advises Swiss and international founders, start-ups and investors – from incorporation to the first investment rounds, risk financing, complex business transactions and exits.
The first CreativeSpace coworking space was founded in St.Gallen in 2014 to offer a professional work environment and community for creative freelancers and startups. Since 2018, CreativeSpace has been operating a second location in Zürich, fostering connections among startups and freelancers in various industries. CreativeSpace is running several event series for startups, such as StartupBlink Monthly meetup, and intiated the StartupTinder – speed networking for startups.

Claudius holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of St.Gallen. Being active in the events sector and interested in the startup ecosystem already during his studies, he is the founder and main driver behind CreativeSpace. Since 2020, Claudius is also Co-President of Coworking Switzerland, the national association of coworking spaces, of which he was a founding board member.
