Legal Lunch ON-SITE – Legal 101 for Startups

It’s not always easy to start and run your own business, and of all the problems faced, legal issues tend to cause the greatest headaches. Whether you have already started your own business or are just about to do so – join our Legal Lunch on 26 August to get answers to your most urgent legal questions.
Originally an on-site event at CreativeSpace, Legal Lunch is now held as a „hybrid“ event. This is the registration for the on-site event at CreativeSpace Zürich.
At legal lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a free lunch, get a 360° overview of what’s important for startups and new businesses when it comes to legal, as well as the chance to discuss and address your most urgent questions on the spot with legal counsels, who work with startups and their legal matters on a daily basis.
Legal Lunch covers the following five legal areas which are crucial for most startups:

We will discuss the most pressing questions that LEXR regularly receives:

Michele is focused on corporate and commercial law and has a strong background in M&A transactions. At LEXR he advises Swiss and international founders, start-ups and investors – from incorporation to the first investment rounds, risk financing, complex business transactions and exits.

The Host: Claudius Krucker
Coworking Evangelist and startup counselor at CreativeSpace
Claudius holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of St.Gallen. Being active in the events sector and interested in the startup ecosystem already during his studies, he is the founder and main driver behind CreativeSpace. Since 2020, Claudius is also Co-President of Coworking Switzerland, the national association of coworking spaces, of which he was a founding board member.
